Sauvignon Gris is the pink-coloured cousin of the famous Sauvignon Blanc variety. Whilst native to France, Sauvignon Gris has now found a good home in Chile, where its used in producing really interesting white wines with flavours of mango, melon and citrus, whilst still retaining the unmistakably herby quality synonymous with the Sauvignon family.
